General Terms & Conditions

This website www.cromwellstudio.com is made available to you ('the Purchaser') pursuant to these trading Terms & Conditions which are legally binding.

Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase on this website. By browsing our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 'You' refers to all purchasers and visitors to our website. Your subsequent purchase will indicate your full acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. 

www.cromwellstudio.com is wholly owned by 'Cromwell Studio Limited' (Cromwell), a Hong Kong registered company.

All intellectual property (including but not limited to: designs, content, code, domain names, business names and logos, and photographic material), is owned by Cromwell, and may not be used without prior written authorisation.

These Terms & Conditions are in effect from March 15 2018, and are subject to change.

Pricing & Payments

Cromwell processes all payments in AU Dollars via Paypal. Paypal supports all major credit cards even if you don’t have a paypal account. All goods remain the property of Cromwell until they are paid for in full.

Paypal is PCI-DSS compliance (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), a robust payment card data security process.

Cromwell is registered in Hong Kong and as per Hong Kong regulations we do not charge sales tax.

Promotional Codes

On occasion we may release promotional codes. These codes are valid for use within the specified timeframe only. All conditions applying to each promotional code will be specified at the time of issue, and are redeemable only on this website.

Shipping, Tracking & Delivery

Cromwell ships worldwide. Delivery of your goods can take up to 10 working days depending on destination, unless express shipping is selected.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. This will enable you to track your order.  Please ensure you enter your contact and delivery details correctly, including your phone number, to ensure your order reaches you and so that we can contact you if necessary.

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, reside with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

Returns & Exchanges 

We hope you love your new purchase. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product, however if you are unhappy with your accessory, requests for an exchange or return will be accepted within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase. Please read our product specs carefully as we don’t offer returns on accessories if you change your mind.

Please ensure you have contacted enquiries@cromwellstudio.com before sending any return items. Items approved for return must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. 

Returned items must be received by us before the exchange/refund is made. Items must be in their original condition, with the original packaging, dust bag, and tags still attached. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Please take care when trying on garments.

For items other than faulty items, the cost of the original freight and the return postage remains the responsibility of the purchaser, and will not be reimbursed or refunded by Cromwell. 

Cromwell will incur reasonable shipping costs for faulty items and will advise the most appropriate method of return. We will not incur shipping costs or offer refunds on items which have been damaged due to mistreatment or wear and tear.

Once items have been received and proof of purchase supplied, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), or a full refund (excluding original shipping cost).

Cromwell cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned, we recommend that you use a registered shipping method, so that you can track your order.

No refund or exchange is offered on sale items.

Cancellation by You

Cromwell aims to ship orders that same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. If you contact us for a cancellation and the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel your order. However, if the order has not been shipped, Cromwell will happily cancel the order and refund you.

Cromwell reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. 


We understand and respect your privacy, and will treat any personal information you provide us in the course of a transaction or direct communication, as private.

It is necessary to collect information from you when you place an order for the purposes of shipping and order transactions. We also collect information when you elect to subscribe to our newsletter in order to offer you access to sale invitations, news and marketing that we believe is relevant to you. We prefer to use restraint when contacting our client base for marketing purposes as we understand holding this information is a privliege. Should you wish to be excluded from marketing emails then you can unsubscribe at any time and we will remove you from our distribution list.

We do not share with, or sell your personal information to, third parties. However information may need to be shared with providers, such as transport and Paypal secure payment, in order to complete your order.
